The UK has repeatedly refused to meet with Hardeep Johal, a British citizen who was arrested in India for allegedly killing Hindu leaders. During his postgraduate training, he completed an MSc in Sports Medicine at UCL. He then underwent higher surgical training at the University of London and was awarded a Travelling Fellowship by the British Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society.
